The completely renovated Viscontea has 62 single bedrooms with private bathroom, equipped with autonomous control units for heating / air conditioning. Each room has been designed to benefit university students: all the comforts of a modern and functional structure with high standards to facilitate concentration and privacy.

The whole residence has been redesigned to be a “green“, welcoming and technological building, a meeting spot for students and alumnae: about 250 square meters of living spaces divided into different residence sitting rooms, plus a dedicated and comfortable break area and numerous study stations.

The work spaces have been conceived to meet all study needs: transparent boxes for both videocalls and teamwork, fluid living environments besides bedrooms and spacious different study rooms.

The Residence provides full board, with three main meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.

An healthy and balanced buffet proposal, also suitable for lactose and gluten intolerances, is served everyday with one or more dishes to choose from.

Upon request the lunch box is available from Monday to Friday. To assure further flexibility to the students, the dining room is equipped with a KitchenLab.

Important anniversaries are occasions to gather together with joy in the residence: everything is prepared and served with care and attention to details in order to celebrate birthdays and holidays in a family atmosphere.

A specialized and qualified team carries out the housekeeping services: private bedrooms are cleaned twice a week and common living areas daily. Towels are changed weekly while bed linens change takes place twice a week.

The self service laundry room, equipped with professional machinery, is available to all residences with conditions of use agreed internally.
